Affiliate Disclosure
Last updated: May 23, 2026
This page explains, in plain English, how MakeSomeCashOnline makes money, which partners pay us, and what that means for the content you read here.
The short version
We earn referral commissions from many of the programs we track. The bonus you receive is identical whether you use our link or go directly to the partner's website. The commission we earn does not affect, increase, or alter any sign-up bonus, account terms, or eligibility — it's paid by the partner out of their marketing budget.
How affiliate relationships work
When you click a "Sign up" button on this Site, you're directed to the partner's website through a tracked URL. If you open an account and meet the partner's qualifying conditions (typically a deposit or activity threshold), the partner credits our account with a referral commission. Commissions range from $1 (e.g., a verified-email survey signup) to $200+ (e.g., a funded brokerage account) depending on the program.
Why this matters for what you read
We list all bonuses that meet our editorial criteria — including programs that pay us nothing or below-average commissions — when they offer competitive effective returns. Our ranking is by effective APR (annualized return per dollar of capital tied up), not by what each program pays us. Examples of programs we list despite limited or no commission:
- Programs whose affiliate program is invite-only or closed to new publishers
- Programs whose terms favor the user even though we'd earn more elsewhere
- Programs that pay only on rare full-bonus payouts (where the realistic expected commission is small)
If we ever drop a program because it changed its commission structure rather than because the offer got worse for you, we'll say so explicitly on the page.
Programs we currently participate with
We participate in affiliate programs operated by:
- Impact Radius — Robinhood, SoFi, and others
- FlexOffers — Webull, Swagbucks, and others
- Rakuten Advertising — Rakuten and various retail partners
- Direct affiliate programs — programs that run their own publisher accounts (e.g., Coinbase, Gemini, Moomoo, Public)
A complete and current list of partners we earn from is available in our Privacy Policy.
What we don't do
- We don't sell your personal information. When you click an affiliate link, the destination partner sets their own tracking cookie. We don't transmit any personal data to them — they collect it directly if and when you sign up.
- We don't take payment for placement or rankings. No program pays us to rank higher, get highlighted, or appear "recommended." We do not run sponsored posts.
- We don't hide unfavorable math. Where a bonus has poor effective return, hidden fees, or strict terms, we say so — even when we earn commission on that program.
- We don't make the bonus you receive any different. The partner controls bonus eligibility, amount, and payout entirely; we have no influence on what you receive.
FTC compliance
This disclosure satisfies the Federal Trade Commission's Endorsement Guides (16 CFR Part 255). We display a banner disclosure at the top of every page on this Site that contains affiliate links and link to this page from every footer.
